2022 Annual Membership Meeting
March 15, 2022 at 7pm
(Doors open at 6pm)

The Annual Meeting is open only to cooperative members.

For COVID-19 safety considerations, we will broadcast the meeting live on our website for those who cannot attend. All members will receive a voting ballot by mail that can be submitted at the meeting or returned by mail prior to March 15. Members attending the meeting will receive a $10 credit applied to the May telephone bill (limit one bill credit per membership). Drawings for door prizes will be held after the business portion of the meeting and members must be present to win.

2022 Director Candidates

Join us for our 68th annual membership meeting on March 15th (members have a 278 or 595 phone number). Registration begins at 6:00 pm and the business meeting begins at 7:00 pm. Members will elect Directors and get updates on LightStream’s investments and upgrades. Attendees will also enjoy special offers and door prizes! The meeting will be held at the LightStream Headquarters at 306 S. State Rd. 39 in Buffalo.

Per our Bylaws: The Board shall have nine (9) Directors. The Board shall manage the business and affairs of the Cooperative. Such Board shall exercise all of the powers of the Cooperative except such as are by the Acts, the Articles, or these By-Laws conferred upon or reserved to the Memberships.

Candidate Statement: I have been honored to serve on the LightStream Board for the past ten years, five of which serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Making the decision to step down after effectively bringing insight and innovation to the Board was difficult but I felt necessary to ensure new ideas and perspectives were continually fostered and promoted into the company’s future. Over the years that I have served on the board, we’ve been able to bring incredible service and value to the LightStream customers and I feel that there is much more to be done. I would be honored to serve again as a member of the LightStream Board of Directors. If reelected, I will continue to serve with dedication and a passion to make LightStream a leader in the telecommunications sector. I will use the wealth of knowledge that I have gained during my time on the board to continue to bring ideas and I will work hard to ensure LightStream continues its strong momentum forward into the future. I will work to always make sure LightStream is “providing the best connection to your world.”
